Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah will retain most of the key ministries in the newly formed state government, looking after finance, cabinet affairs, bureaucracy and intelligence, sources said on Saturday. He said that Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar has been given the portfolio of Irrigation and Bengaluru Development.
