Street food is an emotion; And, most of us can relate to this. When piping hot kachoris are served on a paper plate with loads of chutney, only one word comes to our mind. Don’t you agree?! Now tell me, have you ever noticed what is written on those paper plates? Cutouts from magazines or newspapers, isn’t it? Sometimes, it also varies from region to region. Something similar happened with this woman traveling by train. This person has shared the picture of plates with Kachoris from Kota Junction. And, Twitter has everyone’s attention. What’s so unique about it? Lip-Smacking Golden Brown Kachori It is served on a paper plate. If you look closely at the picture, you’ll see that the paper plate depicts complex chemistry equations. Adding a punch of humor to the IIT-Je angle involving Kota, he wrote,Kachori also has to be eaten while studying in Kota. (Even when you want to eat kachori in Kota, you have to do it while studying). For those who do not know, Kota is called the coaching capital of India. The city of Rajasthan is known for its IIT-G coach institutes. Every year, students line up to join the classes in Kota.
