A case has been registered against a man in which he can be seen “hanging from a billboard frame” in Telangana’s Siddipet after a video went viral on social media on Thursday, police said.
The dramatic incident on Wednesday led to a traffic jam at Siddipet, causing inconvenience to commuters.

Police said the person was under the influence of alcohol and a case of creating ruckus has been registered against him.
“The man was in an inebriated condition. The incident took place yesterday evening. He was in a completely deranged state. This is not a double bedroom or anything. He was brought down and sent away with his family members. A case has been registered.” him,” said Siddipet Police Commissioner N Shwetha.
