According to the locals, since it is an old tradition to dance the horse at weddings in UP, the owner of the animal was trying to do the same when the horse lost control and started running through the crowd. He also told that the incident is from Maudaha town of Hamirpur district of UP.
The video of the incident was recorded by one of the attendees and has now taken the internet by storm.
