In an interview with YouTube channel ‘Khane Mein Kya Hai’, Rahul Gandhi joked that this was a tougher conversation than any political interview he has given. After exploring the food streets of Delhi with gol gappas, chaats, tikkis and chole bhature, a rapid-fire question round began at a restaurant, in which Rahul Gandhi revealed his all-time culinary journey. Rahul Gandhi uploaded an excerpt from the interview on Instagram with the big reveal: “Which politician is the best cook?”

In the caption of the video, Rahul Gandhi Asked his followers, “Who is the best cook among Indian politicians? Can you guess?” The answer came as a complete surprise. Rahul Gandhi said that former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav is a ‘best cook’. He revealed the best cooks in the Gandhi family. Sonia Gandhi is “number 1” and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra is “number 2”, as said by Rahul Gandhi. He earned himself the status of “number 3” cook in the family.
While Rahul Gandhi admitted that he likes all the popular street food, a potato filled cutlet is his favourite. He also shared sister Priyanka Gandhi Vadra’s favorite chaat – it’s chaat.
Talking about his normal diet routine, Rahul Gandhi Shared that he likes to start his day with ‘morning coffee’ and has a cup of tea in the evening. Answering another question. Gandhi said that he preferred sweet food to spicy food. and if he had to choose between French desserts and indian sweetsHe’ll go for the latter.
