Visakhapatnam: YSRCP leader has apologized to former BJP MLA Vishnu Kumar Raju for allegedly speaking against North Andhra.

NREDCAP President and YSRCP North Constituency Coordinator KK Raju demanded an apology from former MLA and senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader P. Vishnu Kumar Raju for his alleged comments against North Andhra, especially Visakhapatnam. Due to which the sentiments of the people can be hurt.

Addressing a press conference here on Monday, Shri KK Raju alleged that Shri Vishnu Kumar Raju had recently participated in a TV channel talk show and spoke against making Visakhapatnam the working capital. His statements have hurt Vizags and he should immediately apologize to them before starting the protest, said Mr. KK Raju.

He alleged that senior BJP leader Telugu Desam Party (TDP) national president N. Chandrababu was trying to impress Naidu as he was eyeing an MLA seat in the coming elections.

Deputy Mayor K. Satish and some YSRCP councilors were present.
