According to a report in New Lines Magazine, Russian President Vladimir Putin is reportedly ill with blood cancer. The magazine obtained a secret recording by an oligarch near the Kremlin discussing Putin’s health. The recording recorded the secret oligarch discussing Putin’s health with a Western venture capitalist in mid-March.
In the recording, the oligarch says there is deep despair in Moscow about the state of the economy and appears on behalf of the other oligarchs to say, “We all hope” that Putin dies. “He completely ruined the economy of Russia, the economy of Ukraine and many other economies – absolutely ruined,” the oligarch heard as saying. “The problem is with his head. A madman can turn the world upside down,” he said.
The New Lines said the oligarch had no idea it was being recorded on an 11-minute tape. They identified the man by his voice, but hid his name because disclosing the high probability would lead to state retaliation.
Ukraine’s military intelligence chief also claimed Putin Has cancer. The Times of London also cited an investigative report by Prokit, an independent Russian publication, which noted that Putin was accompanied by three doctors almost everywhere, including a cancer specialist.
