In an incredibly rare event, a humpback whale and a dolphin were spotted together swimming underwater off the north coast of the Americas. The moment was captured via a drone camera by professional photographer Jakob Vanderwelde, who later shared the video on his Twitter handle.
In the video, the humpback whale can be seen roaming just below the surface of the water, while displaying its enormous size. Taking a closer look, dolphins can also be seen just before the whales. As the dolphins glide majestically in the blue waters, the humpbacks are also seen tailing the sea creature, which makes the moment a treat for the onlookers.
After becoming captivated by the sight, Jacob says in the 39-second video that on a scale of 1 to 10, he would rate the moment 12. He further says that it was a magical moment for him and he will never forget what he did. Saw it in the water that day.
The video is gaining momentum on Twitter and has garnered over 4,500 views so far. The users of the comment section were mesmerized to see such a rare occurrence and even congratulated Jacob for successfully capturing the moment with his camera.
