Hyderabad rain: Biker was dragged aside and saved by another person.
Hyderabad:
On camera, a biker was swept away by flood waters in Hyderabad yesterday following heavy rains, but was rescued in time.
The man trying to make his way through the flooded road lost his balance and fell off his bike and the vehicle was swept away.
Before the strong currents could even wash him away, he was pulled aside and saved by another person.
Visuals showed roads in the city’s Borabanda area being submerged and most shops closed. Autorickshaws were seen flowing in the flood waters, while locals struggled to save their two-wheelers.
A car blocked one of the roads, possibly being washed away by floodwaters from where it was parked.
Hyderabad has received heavy rains in the last few days.
