Singer Charlie Puth is known for creating songs in an unconventional way. The Grammy-nominated singer recently appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon to promote her new album “Charlie.” The “Attention” singer showcased her unique skills by creating an original rhythm on the spot using a coffee mug and spoon.

Singers often post their experiments with music on Tik Tok. On the show, Mr. Puth said, “My whole point on TikTok is to prove that anything, anything in this world can be made into music. Like, everything has a tonality.”

The American comedian and TV host asked the singer to make music out of something. The singer, shocked by the demand, said, “I thought your producer was joking when he said he…”

Singers do not shy away from showing their talent. And with a laptop, microphone, and MIDI keyboard setup, the singer was all set. He decided to use a coffee mug and a spoon to make the beets.

In the video, Mr. Puth can be seen tapping the mug and mapping the sound to the laptop. The singer changed the pitch and said, “I can add a little rhythm to it.”

He added bass tones to give the beat more depth. He then added the sound of a kick drum to complete the pattern.

The singer rocked the TV show in less than three minutes. Mr. Fallon and the audience erupted with joy after listening to the music on the loop.
