Slowly but steadily, cricket legend and Chennai Super Kings skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni took another step towards securing a berth in the 2023 Indian Premier League playoffs as they beat Delhi Capitals by 27 runs in Chennai on Wednesday.
This season, Dhoni’s batting has been a pleasant surprise to many, as the CSK skipper boasts of a strike rate of 203 in the lower order. In the last match played, Dhoni scored 20 runs off just 9 balls after coming in the 17th over of the game.
With Dhoni playing his last season in the IPL, fans have gone crazy for him and it is seen that after matches, even the ground staff reach out to him, requesting for a group image.

Hence, as soon as Dhoni met Kuldeep, he placed his hand on his head as a sign of affection before the two embraced.
