Does digging into crunchy cream rolls lift your mood after a long day? You’re not alone! We do too! A nice and delicious dessert can go a long way, especially when the craving strikes in the middle of the night. But making sweets can take a lot of time, and it is an activity that we cannot do during the busy schedule of workdays. But just because we don’t have time doesn’t mean the craving goes away. Hence, we need to find quick fix desserts that can be ready in no time!

We’ve given an easy twist to the classic cream roll. Typically, a cream roll is a circular puff pastry that is hollow in the center and filled with sweet cream. But making puff pastry can take a long time. In this video, we have used bread and hung curd in place of cream and puffed pastry to give sweetness to this dessert. This bread creme roll is easier and healthier than creme roll.

How to make Bread Cream Roll:

Begin by hanging the curd in a muslin cloth. Try to remove all the moisture from the curd. Add powdered sugar to the hung curd. This curd mixture will act as the cream of the bread cream roll.

Take a piece of bread. Cut its crust and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin. Apply curd cream evenly on the flat bread. Roll the bread. Apply soft butter on the edge of the bread. Bake the rolls until crispy. Cream rolls are ready!
