How to make Bengali Style Fish Chops at Home:

To make this dish, we need boiled fish, onion, bread crumbs, flour, egg, mustard oil, green chili, salt, mango powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric, ginger-garlic paste and coriander powder.

First cut the fish and keep it aside. Then heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion in it. Add ginger-garlic paste, green chili, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, mango powder and fry everything together.

Add chopped fish to it and mix well. Sprinkle salt, garam masala and cook. Take a small portion of the mixture, make small balls out of it and coat with all purpose flour.

Next, coat the beaten eggs with bread crumbs and fry till golden brown. That’s it. Super delicious fish chops is ready to be served. Enjoy it hot with chutney or ketchup.
