simplify Gram flour Toast in 10 minutes flat. This recipe has been shared by vlogger Reshu on her YouTube channel ‘Cooking with Reshu’. It ticks all the boxes of the ideal morning meal. It’s healthy, delicious, nutritious, full of protein, and can be rustled up in a jiffy. Let’s have a look at the recipe.

To make this toast, first of all, put gram flour, salt as per taste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder in a big bowl. oregano, a pinch of baking powder, and add a little water to make a smooth batter. Now you can add vegetables of your choice. Chopped onions, carrots, tomatoes, capsicum, green chilies and fresh coriander leaves are used in this recipe. Mix everything together. Keep the batter for 5 minutes.
Now spread some oil on a pan. Dip the bread slices in the batter and place them on a hot griddle. Cook on a medium flame till crisp and well cooked from both the sides. Now spread green chutney on one slice and tomato ketchup on the other slice. Add the crumbled paneer (cottage cheese) stuffing to make a sandwich by joining the slices together.
