First, grind the rolled oats into a fine powder, keep it aside. In a mixing bowl, add eggs and sugar, whisking until the eggs are fluffy. Add all the dry ingredients to the egg – oats powder, baking powder, salt and cinnamon powder. Make a thick batter by adding some water. Heat a non stick pan, add the batter and let it cook. When bubbles appear on the top, turn the pancakes. Once both sides of the pancake are evenly browned, the pancake is ready!
