Chicken Malai Tikka meets the humble pulao in this creamy and succulent rice dish. It is super easy to make. First, the chicken is marinated and cooked, and then the marinade of malai tikka is used to make a delicious pulao. You can serve this cooked pulao with raita or spicy gravy of your choice.

About Malai Tikka Pulao Recipe: How To Make Pulao Using Malai Tikka

First, marinate the boneless chicken in salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, curd and cream. Fry the marinated chicken, and save the marinade. Keep it aside.

Heat oil in a pan, and add whole spices like cardamom, fennel, cloves and black pepper. After this fry green chilies, tomatoes and onions. Add the marinade and let the spices cook for a while. Add malai tikka to the spices. Season with garam masala, salt and mint leaves. Add raw rice and water to the masala. Boil till rice is cooked. Malai Tikka Pulao is ready!
