Shikhar Dhawan The social media platform Instagram is known for its hilarious videos and a new addition has been added to it. The left-handed opener shared a video on International Dog Day on August 26, in which he can be seen having fun with his dog.
The post was captioned as “Haanji friends? Dhundo phir” and featured Dhawan lip syncing with a funny voice and playing with his dog.
Dhawan was recently part of the Indian team that played the ODI series against Zimbabwe.
The veteran opener has been considered for only the 50-over format for the past few years while he had some of the best IPL seasons at that time.
Dhawan was an integral part of the new Delhi Capitals squad before moving to Punjab Kings, as he was picked up by the franchise in the IPL auction for a huge sum of money.
Dhawan is not a part of the Indian team that is playing the Asia Cup and his chances of playing the ICC T20 World Cup later this year are slim.
