About Sooji Kurkure Recipe: How To Make Crispy, Sooji Based Namkeen

There are two parts of making this namkeen, the first part is salting and the second part is salting.

First of all, grind semolina finely and make powder. After this knead the dough with semolina powder, cumin powder, salt, oil and water. Make sure to knead a soft dough. Roll out the dough like a roti and cut it into big squares. Use a pastry cutter to cut out thin rectangles out of squares. Next, cut the dough slices into small triangles. They should be small like brine. Deep fry the small triangles till they rise completely. Make sure they have a golden and crisp texture.

Next, prepare the masala masala. You can either use the magical masala masala available in the market or prepare mint masala at home. For mint masala, mix together mint, chaat masala and salt. Sprinkle the masala on the fried semolina squares and toss them until the brine absorbs the spices. Sooji Crunchy Namkeen is ready!
