About Layered Ice Cream Recipe: How To Make Vanilla Layered Ice Cream
Start by freezing fresh cream for an hour. Next, whip the cream with a hand blender until creamy. Mix in sugar powder and milk powder. Fresh cream is low in fat content, milk powder will help in making the ice cream creamy. To taste, add vanilla essence. Once Batter Ready, transfer it into two separate containers and add food coloring or flavor of your choice in one container, mix well. Store both containers in the freezer until it is semi-frozen.
Now take a big container and take out the semi frozen ice cream. Now in a large container spread a layer of vanilla ice cream and a layer of flavored ice cream spread. Repeat the layers until the two smaller containers are empty. Take a stick, or the back of a spoon, and use it to make swirls Ice Cream, this will make you want to create colorful layers in the ice cream. Refrigerate ice cream for at least 6 hours before serving.
