Tom Hardy is not a newbie to the sport as he currently holds a blue belt in martial arts.

Actor Tom Hardy showcased his fighting style in real life on Sunday and won a gold medal at a charity jiu-jitsu tournament. The 44-year-old, who played Batman villain Bane in The Dark Knight Rises as well as Spiderman villain Venom, competed in the REORG Open Jiu-Jitsu Championship and won both GI and non-GI categories.

A video of the actor has surfaced online in which he is seen demonstrating that his strength is not just that of films. The clip shows Mr Hardy, who currently holds a blue belt in martial arts, clashing with his fellow blue belts during a regional competition in Wolverhampton, UK.

The clip shows Mr Hardy taking down his opponent on the mat with expert precision. According to PeopleTom Hardy won two gold medals – one in the GI (Traditional Martial Arts Uniform) category, in his belt and weight division, as well as one in the non-GI category, in his weight and belt division.

Tom Hardy competes in charity jiu-jitsu championships, competing as a trustee for REORG Charity, a non-profit that deals with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, and life-altering physical injuries. supports the people.
