Bloomberg reported on Friday that Mukesh Ambani had done the most expensive deal for a luxurious property in Palm Jumeirah in Dubai.
The most expensive deal in Dubai was finalized in April this year by Conor McKay of Bellevue Real Estate. The deal was a testimony to the strong opening of the property market in Dubai this year.
Since Mukesh Ambani is said to be the mysterious buyer of the most expensive property of Palm Jumeirah, it is easy to guess that he is the owner of Bellevue Real Estate property. But the family has not officially confirmed the deal. The property agency also uploaded the video of the property on its official YouTube handle. Take a look at the villa in the video.
1.) The video begins with an aerial shot of the beautiful man-made island surrounded by the waters of the Persian Gulf. Palm Jumeirah is an artificial island known for its super-rich colonies and luxurious hotels. Its construction started in 2001. It is a part of a larger chain of islands known as the Palm Islands.
2.) In the next shot, the audience will get to see the view of the haveli from outside. The beach facing villa is located in the northern part of the island and has all the luxurious amenities.
3.) The mansion has a total of ten bedrooms, a private spa and indoor and outdoor pools. The luxurious villa is furnished with Italian marble and beautiful state-of-the-art masterpieces.
4.) The massive 3,000 sq ft mansion will be refurbished by a Reliance unit in the coming times as per the owner.
5.) The owner of the house need not go anywhere else to enjoy the beaches of the island, as the house also has a private beach of 70 meters long.
6.) Along with this, the two storied mansion also has seven spa facilities, a proper in-house salon and a fully equipped bar. The state-of-the-art luxurious facilities will never let anyone leave the house for a hangout.
7.) The home also features a sleek, open concept kitchen which is connected to the dining area.
8.) The real estate sector in Dubai is booming. It is emerging as the first choice of rich people for properties. Notably, Shah Rukh Khan and David Beckham also bought properties in the city.
9.) To give a boost to its real estate sectors, the government also offers long-term ‘Golden Visa’ for foreigners and exemptions on homeownership.
10.) This is not the only extremely expensive property of the Ambani family. The family is trying to expand its presence in other countries.
