Remember going to school on a rainy day? It was difficult to get myself out of bed, however, once it was done everything else seemed easy. Distributing umbrellas, making paper boats and what not? One such video which is not going viral has stirred up nostalgia among netizens. It shows some students going to school under an umbrella. The clip was shared by Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer Avneesh Sharan on Twitter. In the video, the kids can be seen all cheering and netizens can’t get over it. Have a look at the video:

About six children are seen in the video. Out of which three are seen wearing school uniforms. A little boy is also seen holding a writing slate. Since being uploaded, the video has garnered nearly 1.2 million views. The tweets can also be seen retweeting the video with their captions. “Sudden nostalgia hit us so hard that we are left in the past thinking about the moments we want to relive! #SundayThoughts #childhood #Bachpan #weekendvibes, commented one Twitter user. Another person wrote, “They seem so happy, and often we associate our happiness with money or our circumstances. Happiness is actually a state of mind. #Sundaymotivation.”
Many people also commented on the video. In the comment section, a person wrote, ‘Innocence…happiness…on their faces…precious…it’s called childhood… caring.. no complaints… no ego. ..’
Meanwhile, earlier, when Doordarshan completed 62 years of its debut, social media relived the golden times with nostalgia and longing. Time is also a place, and for many, the public service broadcaster has fond memories attached to it. The broadcaster tweeted from its official handle, playing the veena on this note, writing, “#Doordarshan completes 62 years of its nostalgia journey, from the time when life was limited to just one channel. Establishment of National Broadcaster #OnThisDay took place in 1959. Netizens were left in the grip of nostalgia while reminiscing about the programs being telecast on Doordarshan like Chitrahaar, Rangoli, Ramayan, Mahabharat, Chandrakanta and Surbhi.
