The MVA will also deploy teams of party workers on BKC Road from Bandra and Kurla to guide the crowd coming to participate in the rally to the venue. “After the Kharghar accident, we are taking utmost care while organizing the rally. Water arrangements have been made. We have also placed multiple entry and exit points. Special team of doctors will be present in case of any medical emergency,” said Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Anil Parab.

In view of the Kharghar accident during the ‘Maharashtra Bhushan’ program of the state government, the MVA has kept its rally in the evening.

Amid speculations of the NCP – a key constituent of the MVA – joining hands with the BJP, it will be interesting to see how the Maha Vikas Aghadi fares unitedly on the ground. The MVA leaders will also target the Eknath Shinde-Devendra Fadnavis government over the Barsu refinery issue, where the protesters are at loggerheads with the state government.

Earlier, MVA had conducted two such mega rallies in Sambhaji Nagar and Nagpur. The ‘Vajramuth’ rallies are organized by the MVA to reach out to the people of Maharashtra and inform them about the failures of the present government.

Recently, Shiv Sena (Shinde) and BJP organized ‘Savarkar Gaurav Yatra’ in all the districts of the state, alleging that MVA parties are against Savarkar and his nationalism. ‘Thunderbolt’ rallies have been planned in response to the BJP’s visit.
