Weekend Lunch: How to Make Manchurian Pav for Quick Eats (Watch Recipe Video)

Finally, the weekend is here. As soon as the clock strikes 5 on a Friday evening, we immediately wrap up all our work and get ready to welcome the weekend. While some like to meet friends, others prefer to relax at home and enjoy some sports or movies. What remains common in both cases is food. We just love to prepare and indulge in delicious dishes on the weekends. This is the reason why we are constantly on the lookout for recipes that add some new flavors to our taste buds. One such dish we saw recently was Chicken Manchurian Pav. A meaty twist to the classic Vada Pav of Mumbai, this dish will surely strike a chord with every sugar lover across the country.

Indians have a soft corner for the indigenous Chinese. not us? Spicy gravy, sweet-not-tangy stir-fried and much more – we find a pool of flavors in Indian-Chinese cuisine. One such popular dish is Chicken Manchurian. Fried chicken balls dipped in spicy soya gravy, this dish is sure to make us swoon. So much so, that we sometimes like to pair it with rice, noodles and even plain parathas.

Keeping this in mind, food vlogger Ananya Banerjee decided to get creative and bring together the best of both worlds – Chicken Manchurian and Vada Pav. Sounds interesting, doesn’t it? so what are you waiting for? Check out the recipe and repeat it at home. Ananya Banerjee shared the recipe on her YouTube channel (named Ananya Banerjee)
