  • Take one end of the garlic and cut off the stalk.
  • Roast it in the microwave for a minute.
  • Take out 100 grams of butter in a bowl and soften it with a spoon.
  • Peel the roasted garlic and crush it in the same bowl.
  • Add 1 tsp chopped parsley and a dash of salt and pepper.
  • Mix everything well without making any lumps.
