Chop the onion and put some oil in a pan. Cook till golden brown. Add boti and mutton curry, then ginger and garlic paste and boil for 10 minutes. Add tomato puree, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and cumin powder along with some water. Give it five minutes to boil. Cook on low heat till finished, then taste and add fresh coriander to finish. Add boiled or scrambled eggs as a garnish and enjoy!
