To check the final result, candidates need to login with their roll number and other required information on the website. This year, the West Bengal Board Class 10th examinations were held from February 2 to February 12. Around 8.76 lakh students have appeared for the examination.
West Bengal 10th Result 2024: Passing Marks
In order to successfully pass the exams, students need to score at least 34 per cent marks. This means, out of the total of 800 marks, candidates need to achieve a minimum of 272 marks.
To achieve the first division, students require 480 marks or above. All the candidates who score 360 or above marks will be given second division.

Step 1: Visit the official website of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) at wbresults.nic.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, look out for the tab ‘West Bengal Madhyamik (Class 10) Results 2024’ or something similar and click on it.
Step 3: You will be redirected to a new page asking for your login credentials. Fill all the required information carefully.
Step 4: Your WBBSE Class 10th result will appear on the screen. Check all the information carefully.
Step 5: Download it and take a print of the result on an A4 size sheet for future references.
Talking about the previous year, the WBBSE Class 10th exam results were announced on May 19. The overall passing percentage stood at 86.15 per cent with girls outperforming boys. Out of the total 6.8 lakh students who appeared for the exam, 5.65 lakh students passed.
