The physical requirements for Chhattisgarh Police Sub Inspector post varies on the basis of gender. For male candidates, the minimum height should be 168 cms and chest measurement should be between 81 cms (expanded) and 86 cms (unexpanded). On the other hand, for female candidates, a minimum height of 153 cms is required, and there is no requirement of chest measurement. The vision should not be less than 6/6 and 6/6 for both male and female candidates. Educational qualification
The educational qualification required for various sub inspector posts in Chhattisgarh Police varies depending on the specific branch. For Sub Inspector/Sub Inspector (Special Branch) post, candidates must have graduation or equivalent degree. For the post of Sub Inspector (Fingerprints/Questioned Documents), candidates must be a graduate with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry subjects.
For Sub Inspector (Computer) post, candidates must have completed BCA/ B.Sc. (Computer) or equivalent degree. And for Sub Inspector (Radio) post, candidates must have 3 years Diploma in Electronics/ Electrical Telecommunication Engineering. Candidates are required to fulfill the educational qualification to be eligible for the selection process.
