Eknath Shinde is a top Shiv Sena leader and is the current Minister of Urban Affairs in the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) government. Mr Shinde, who is currently “inaccessible” after moving to a hotel with 10 party MLAs in Gujarat’s Surat, is a senior Shiv Sena leader in Thane which is adjacent to Mumbai.
