Recently the instant delivery system has taken the country by storm. While some brands are praised for their fast service, some have been majorly criticized. However, the service is trending today and we can see new brands joining the bandwagon over time. That’s right. A Hyderabad based start-up has launched tatkal delivery service in Kolkata. Guess what they are giving? It’s wine! You heard us Now, Kolkata is all set to deliver liquor at their doorstep in just 10 minutes.

According to a report in PTI, Boozy, the flagship brand of Innovent Technologies Pvt Ltd, has claimed to be India’s first 10-minute liquor delivery platform. According to their official statement, online liquor delivery is nothing new in India, “but as of now no one has the 10-minute service”. The statement further read that the service has been started in Kolkata after getting approval from the West Bengal State Excise Department.

As reported by PTI, the brand explains, “Boozy is a delivery aggregator that picks up liquor from the nearest store, with a 10-minute delivery using innovative AI, which predicts consumer behavior and order patterns.”
Booozie co-founder and CEO Vivekananda Balijepal further cleared the air and said that the brand is committed to responsible drinking and does all necessary measures to avoid issues like “delivery to underage persons, adulteration, excessive consumption etc”. steps have been taken.
