Spain’s youngster Carlos Alcaraz entered the second round of Wimbledon on Monday after beating Germany’s Jan-Lenard Struff after two sets of back-to-back draws. The 19-year-old notched 30 aces and 73 winners to a 4-6, 7-5, 4-6, 7-6 (7/3), 6-4 victory in a brilliant display of shot-making.
Alcarez, the youngest player in the draw, will face Fabio Fognini of Italy or Tallon Grixpour of the Netherlands.
