Beetroot Kheer Recipe: How To Make Beetroot Kheer

First you need to boil the milk. Once done keep it aside. Now heat ghee in a pan and add cashews or any dry fruits and fry till it becomes golden. Once done, take them out and keep them aside.

In the same pan, fry the grated beetroot till the raw smell goes away. Then add sugar. Let the sugar melt completely. Pour in boiled milk. Let it boil.
