So, here I am Was at his first job and he gave it to me. Breakfast show and he had promoted that show a lot. I was on hoardings in Delhi. So, it was really new for that time!”

In a statement, the actor revealed that he was always keen to take up a job in entertainment. He shared, “I was always inclined to pursue a profession in entertainment and performing arts and my stint as a radio jockey really helped me to be confident about myself. The success I saw with radio taught me that I could support myself and try to be an entertainer. It is such a coincidence that I have hosted a few off-centre shows. Looking back I find that I was always attracted to extraordinary concepts and this has become my signature today as I choose subjects that are fresh and unique. I am deeply indebted to my stint with radio. I remember doing a different concept in my show. I thank everyone for listening and loving all those thoughts as it shaped who I am today. It inspired me to push myself and constantly explore to give something new to people. ,
