She demonstrates the process of making her favorite pre/post workout snack – Cinnamon Protein Bite.

In the caption, she said, “I make Cinnamon Protein Bites almost every other day… because they always disappear by the second day.” She continued, “They are super quick and easy to make and are also vegetarian, gluten and dairy free.”

1) Protein Powder – cup

2) Almond butter – cup

3) Coconut flour (dry) – 3 tbsp

4) Maple Syrup – 2 tbsp

5) Cinnamon – 1 tbsp

How to make this amazing pre/post workout snack?

1) Take a bowl and start pouring the ingredients in it. Add protein powder, almond butter, coconut flour, maple syrup, and cinnamon in specified amounts. Knead a dough by mixing all the ingredients together.

3) Take out a little dough from the dough and make a dough out of it.

4) Add cinnamon and coconut flour for coating. Roll each ball in the mixture and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Your Cinnamon Protein Bites are ready.
