Today, she is back to reminisce her good old days as she turns muse for fashion designer Shaheen Mannan at FDCI x Lakme Fashion Week. Zeenat will grace a creation from Shaheen Mannan’s collection ‘Circle’ which will be showcased at Jio World Garden on the third day on March 11 at noon.
Excited to be back on the runway and walk for Shaheen, Zeenat Aman says, “I started my career as a model and have walked many runways over the years. It’s exciting to be doing it again representing older women. Some would say I have gone full circle, and this fits beautifully with the concept of Shaheen. I enjoy Shaheen’s quirky designs, and I was confident she would create an eye-catching look for me.
“Circle” is a collection that celebrates the endless possibilities of fashion, inspired by the timeless and powerful symbol of the circle. The circle is a shape that has been used in art and design for centuries, representing perfection, continuity, and infinity.

In this fashion show, Shaheen explores the circle as a metaphor for the infinite possibilities of fashion, with clothes that embody the fluidity, versatility and elegance of this symbol. From dresses to asymmetrical tops with layered shapes, each garment in this collection tells a story of experimentation, creativity and innovation.
