2023 Lamborghini Urus S Unveiled: Entry-Level Urus with 656 HP and Ego Mode! – times of India

Lamborghini unveils new 2023 today Lamborghini Urus S, and with that, the brand’s ‘Super SUV’ now has two variants in its range. S will sit below the sports-oriented Urus Performer, and is more of a mid-life form for Urus. It gets the same 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 that makes 656 hp, the same as the Urus Performante, which means it is faster with better acceleration as well. Porsche Cayenne Turbo The Rival now does 0-100 km/h in 3.5 seconds and has a top speed of 305 km/h.
Its twin-turbo engine already produces 850 Nm of peak torque at 2,300 rpm up to a maximum of 6,000 rpm. The exhaust system has been revamped for ‘a more distinctive sound at start-up and a sharper note in each drive mode’.

The Urus S continues to receive adaptive air suspension as standard and multiple drive modes including Strada, Sport, and Corsa. Ego, which are exclusively for on-road purposes. The SUV also gets three off-road drive modes – TERRA, NEVE, and SABBIA.
The Urus S has also been revamped for the design and now there is a significant increase in options in terms of colours, trim, wheels, styling package and further customization in the spectrum.
The front bumper sports a new design and incorporates a new Matt Black-painted stainless steel skidplate as standard. Five more styling configuration options mix body paint, glossy black and carbon fiber components in glossy and matte finishes. A new lightweight carbon fiber painted bonnet comes with matte black air vents, with an optional finish in gloss black, body color or carbon fiber gloss or matte finish.
New rim options are introduced with the standard 21″ wheel, including 22″ nath rims with titanium matte and diamond polished finishes, while the 23″ Tagete wheels can be opted for in bronze and diamond polish options.
Connectivity on the Urus S includes connected navigation, safety features and several in-car control services. Services can also be managed via smartphone integration, with enhanced smartwatch controls including a virtual car key function.
