The WB Secondary exam will be conducted from 23 February to 4 March in a single shift from 11.45 AM to 3 PM.

West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) will issue the admit card for class 10th or secondary board exam 2023 on February 13. The admit cards will be first distributed to the school heads who must collect the WBBSE Madhyamik Admit Card 2023 from the camp offices between 11.00 AM to 5.00 PM. Afternoon. Students appearing in the exam will be able to collect hall tickets from their respective schools from February 15 onwards.

As per the official notice, in case of any discrepancy in the hall ticket, it should be reported to the regional council offices of the board by February 20 for making corrections. wb secondary exam will be done from 23 february Till March 4, from 11.45 am to 3 pm in a single shift. Exam officials have decided to adopt a new monitoring system this year. The board has decided to use CCTV as well as an application for security at the exam centers and to prevent vandalism. Through the app, the officials of the board will monitor the examination centers and their personnel. The training of examination centers will be conducted by regional officer in charge of secondary examination, district coordinator, center secretary and site supervisors.

On February 12, the officials will connect with the examination center personnel through video conference. The personnel will have to access the mobile application on real time basis. With the help of the concerned technicians, the supervisors will be using the application on a real time basis between February 12 to February 17. The dates and phases will be notified later.

Last year, 86.60 per cent students who appeared for the Madhyamik exam or WBBSE 10th board exam were successful in passing. This was a drop from 2022 when 100 per cent students passed the exam. In 2021, when the exam was last held, the board recorded a pass percentage of 85 per cent. This year’s result is better than in 2021 when 86.34 per cent students passed, although in 2019 the pass percentage was 88.87 per cent.
