“Kismat mein na likhi ho pari…”: Shikhar Dhawan’s strange response on Valentine’s Day plan. Video viral

Shikhar Dhawan Currently out of the Indian team. The experienced left-handed opener has been a rock for India in the white-ball formats over the years. However, at present the team management is looking at youth options in ODIs. Which means Dhawan has his work cut out for him if he has any hope of making a comeback. He is still playing the Indian Premier League (IPL) and will be desperate to make a mark. Meanwhile, Dhawan posted a funny video on Instagram, captioning it as:what about 14 february (What is the matter of February 14)? #Valentine2023 #theboys

“What’s your Valentine’s Day plan bro?” a man asks Dhawan in the video.

To which, the star cricketer replies: “If it is not written in destiny, then what is February 14 (If there is no angel written in the fate then what is the use of February 14)

Dhawan led Team India in the ODI series against Bangladesh, where the visitors lost the three-match series 2–1. Despite ending on the losing side, Ishaan became the highlight of the series after scoring his maiden ODI double century in the third match. The series was one to forget for Dhawan as he scored only 18 runs in three matches, which resulted in his being dropped from the squad for the ODIs against Sri Lanka and New Zealand.

However, India spinner Ravichandran Ashwin came out in support of Dhawan and called him a “legend of white-ball cricket”.

“Only when the top 3 failed, we had problems in the past. Shikhar Dhawan, Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, We talk a lot about Rohit and Kohli, but Dhawan is the legend. He was quietly doing his work. Will his place be a big gap for Team India to fill?,” Ashwin said on his YouTube channel.

“Should we go back to Shikhar Dhawan, or should we prepare Ishan KishanWho just scored a double century? Instead of backing a player on the basis of a big score, we should look at what the team needs. Which character will succumb to the pressure? Which character will serve us longer?”

Dhawan has played a total of 167 ODIs for India and scored a total of 6793 runs, including 17 centuries and 39 half-centuries.
