Television actor Paras Kalnavat is all set to participate in the 10th season of celebrity dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. While he has been sharing glimpses of his rehearsals on social media, looks like Paras will soon be participating in another reality show.
According to a report in E-Times, Paras Kalnavat is in discussion about the upcoming season of Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss. Reportedly, the makers of the controversial reality show are keen to rope in Paras as a contestant of Bigg Boss 16. However, there is no official confirmation of this yet.
Paras Kalnawat recently made headlines after he signed Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10 without allegedly informing the Anupama makers. Subsequently, his contract with Anupama of Rajan Shahi was terminated. The production house of the show announced the same and released a statement which read, “We as a production house will not entertain breach of contract. We have terminated his services as an actor with immediate effect. We wish them all the best for their future endeavours.”
Later, in an interview with News18 Shosha, Paras called his termination a ‘PR strategy’ and mentioned that things could have been sorted out if Anupama’s makers had discussed their issues with him. “If we would sit together and talk, if Rajan (Royal) sir had let me meet him, things would have been sorted out. He messaged me that he doesn’t even want to meet me,” Paras told us.
Meanwhile, when it comes to Bigg Boss 16, it is not yet clear who will be participating in the show this time. However, reportedly several big names including Arjun Bijlani, Divyanka Tripathi, Shivangi Joshi, Tina Dutta, Poonam Pandey, and Jannat Zubair have been offered to participate in the show so far. Moreover, it was recently reported that Charu Asopa and Rajeev Sen are also considering participating in the show. Apart from these, Kabhi Kabhi Ittefaq Se fame Riya Bhattacharje has also reportedly been approached for the show.
