In an Instagram post, the actress who has been in a relationship with the hunk over the years finally referred to him as her ‘boyfriend’ on the social platform.

Going by the pictures, it appears that Alia turned music for Ranbir while they were enjoying some alone time together in Africa over the New Year’s weekend. The couple took off their camouflage gear and went on a safari to the forest to enjoy the calm and peace.
While Alia called Ranbir her ‘boyfriend’ for the first time, the actress shared her first photo with the hunk on Diwali. It can be seen in the photo that both are locked in a hug looking at each other with love.

Back in March 2021, the actress sent fans into a frenzy when she teased a picture of herself holding Ranbir’s hand. “Major missing,” she captioned the click. Alia shared the photo while her boyfriend was separating after contracting COVID-19.
This mush-fest comes amid speculations that the couple will soon take the plunge. Reports earlier said that they wanted to get married in a private ceremony in Italy last year, however, they chose to postpone their wedding due to the COVID-19 restrictions.
While our wedding bells may or may not ring later this year, Alia and Ranbir will be launching their first film together, ‘Brahmastra’. The film directed by Ayan Mukerji is all set to hit the big screens on 9 September 2022. The film has an ensemble cast of Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna, Mouni Roy, Dimple Kapadia among others.
