Bandhan Bank’s loans, advances increased by 22% to ₹99,374 crore. In the September quarter of FY23

Bandhan Bank on Saturday reported 22% growth in loans and advances to Rs 99,374 crore at the end of September quarter 2022.

The bank’s loans and advances stood at ₹81,661 crore in the year-ago period.

The private sector lender’s total deposits grew 21% to ₹99,365 crore at the end of September quarter 2022, as against ₹81,898 crore a year ago.

Out of this, retail deposits stood at ₹73,660 crore, up 7% from ₹68,787 crore a year ago.

Retail deposits include current account and savings account (CASA) of ₹40,509 crore, up 11% from a year ago.

The CASA ratio was 40.8% as of September 30, 2022.

The bank’s retail deposits account for 74 per cent of the total deposits.

Bandhan Bank said its all-India collection capacity, excluding non-performing assets and including restructured customers, stood at 97%, up from 96% at the end of June 2022 quarter.

The lender said the numbers mentioned as on September 30, 2022 are provisional un-audited numbers and are subject to review/examination by the audit committee and board of directors.
