Bangalore: 14th Aero India Show begins, PM Modi inaugurated

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the 14th edition of ‘Aero India 2023’ at Air Force Station, Yelahanka in Bengaluru today. During this, he also released a commemorative postage stamp on Aero India 2023. Giving a message to the people of the region, Raksha Mantri Pariksha Singh said that in the global sky, India appears as a star which is not only shining brightly but also illuminating others with its radiance.

Speaking at the 14th edition of Aero India 2023, Defense Minister Rating Singh said that our defense sector has come a long way in a few years. In this journey, the defense sector crossed many milestones of success, which later became the pillar of weakness in this sector. Aero India is also one of the modest few.

The show will run till February 17. In which India’s indigenous army will be seen and many fighter aircraft and helicopters will perform. According to the official website of ‘Aero India’, 109 foreigners including 807 passengers have confirmed participation in the ‘Aero India Show’ to be held at Daftar station at Yelahanka.

It is reported that the program, the largest ever, is expected to see the participation of 98 countries, defense ministers and security chiefs of 32 countries and 73 chief executive officers from global and Indian origin equipment provision. . It will showcase around 800 defense enterprises and developments in disciplined technical and aviation sectors.

The theme for the defense officers is Ek Arab Possibilities Ka Marg (The Runway to a Billion Opportunities). This air show will determine India’s development and its deterrence in the field of aviation. Several fighter aircraft and helicopters will be on display during the show. The ‘Aero India Show’ will have an Indian Journal, which will showcase India’s development in this field. India’s Light Combat Aircraft Tejas will be the center of attraction in the Indian Bulletin. In addition to aerobatics, meetings and events will also be held during the show.

The Kempegowda International Airport has been partially closed due to the show. In this air show, equipment from regulatory bodies around the world will be displayed. The Ministry of Defense of India is organizing the Aero India Show-2023 to be held at Yelahanka station in Bangalore.
