England’s Test cricket captain and all-rounder Ben Stokes made a surprise announcement of his retirement from ODI cricket. The hero of the 2019 World Cup final said playing three formats has become “unstable” for him. The 31-year-old Stokes will play his last ODI against South Africa at his home ground in Durham on Tuesday. Stokes has scored 2919 runs in 104 ODIs and has taken 74 wickets.
