Diabetic patients have a weak immune system, due to which their body takes longer to recover after exercise. So it can be risky for them to go to the gym daily.

Apart from this, such people should not do high intensity cardio exercise, because it affects the heart. Heavy exercise should be avoided, as it increases the risk of low sugar. Check your sugar level before and after exercising, and if the sugar level drops, eat a banana to manage it.
