The President said that with the Jan Dhan Yojana, for the first time in the country, women have equal access to banking facilities with men. At the same time, today the money of more than 300 schemes is going directly to the benefit. So far, along with the total claimants, more than Rs 27 lakh crore have been sent to the accounts of crores of people. With the Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana, a secure future has been ensured for crores of sons of the country.
