Indian Institute of Management (IIM) will close the registration for the Common Admission Test (CAT 2022) today i.e. on September 14 at 5:00 PM. Interested and yet to be applied candidates can submit their application through official website– iimcat.ac.in.
The registration process started from 3rd August. CAT 2022 exam is scheduled to be held on November 27 in three sessions. The admit card for this will be issued on October 27 at 5 pm. registration fee is 1150 for SC, ST and PWD category candidates while 2300 for all other categories of candidates.

Fill the CAT 2022 Application Form by entering the required details
Pay Category Wise CAT 2022 Application Fee
Submit the CAT 2022 application form and take a print out of it for future reference.

Next step after registration is over
After the registration window is closed, candidates will be able to edit the photo, signature, test city preference in the application form (if required). A very brief editing window will be provided to the registered applicants. This option will be valid only for those candidates who have paid the applicable registration fee and have successfully registered for CAT 2022 within the specified time limit.
CAT 2022 will be conducted in around 150 test centers spread across cities.
CAT 2022 Duration
The duration of the test will be of 120 minutes. There will be three sessions: Section I: Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension; Volume II: Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning; Section III: Quantitative Ability. Candidates will be allotted exactly 40 minutes to answer questions in each section and they will not be allowed to move from one section to another while answering questions in one section.
CAT 2022 Result
The CAT 2022 scorecards of the candidates will be made available on the CAT website. Candidates can also be informed personally by SMS. The CAT results are likely to be declared by the second week of January, 2023. The score is valid only till December 31, 2023 and will be available on the website accordingly.
CAT 2022 is a pre-requisite for admission to various post graduate and fellow/doctoral programs of IIMs. CAT 2022 scores are allowed to be used by empaneled non-IIM member institutions
