CBSE Term-2 board exams for class 10, 12 in offline mode from April 26

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Wednesday said that the second session board exams for class 10 and 12 will be conducted from April 26. Class 10 and 12 datesheet will be released soon at cbse.nic.in.

CBSE Controller of Examinations Sanyam Bhardwaj said that the second time board exams for class 10 and 12 will be conducted in offline mode.

CBSE Controller of Examinations said, “The Board after discussions with various stakeholders and keeping in view the COVID-19 situation in the country has decided to conduct the second session board examination only in offline mode.”

“The theory exams will start from April 26, 2022. The datesheet for class 10 and 12 will be released soon,” he said.

In Term-II examinations, students will answer both objective type and subjective type of questions. Term-1 paper had only objective or multiple choice type questions.

The board had conducted the Term-1 exam in November-December last year. It is expected that Term-1 Class 10, 12 Board Exam Result will be released soon.

Once released, students will be able to check their scorecards on the official websites of the board – cbse.gov.in, cbseresults.nic.in.

To check the result, candidates need to visit the official website and log in with their school number, roll number. Along with the website, the scorecards will also be available on the Digilocker app and website digilocker.gov.in.

Last year, during the second wave of coronavirus, the board could not conduct the exam and had to come up with an alternative evaluation plan to prepare the result.
