How to Make Homemade Pizza Base Like a Pro:

According to Chef Jamie Oliver, you first take 700 ml of hot water in a plate and add a pinch of salt to it. Then add 1 kg of flour and 7 g of yeast.

After this, add some more flour to it and mix it well to bring a flour-like consistency. Knead the dough well to see if it is puffy. If your hands get too sticky, use a little dry flour.

The chef says your dough should be translucent when you stretch it. To test this, take a small piece of dough and hold it in front of a light source or a window.

After this, cover the dough with a cloth and keep it to set. Once, the dough is ready, sprinkle and spread little dry flour on the kitchen slab and flatten the dough evenly with your hands.

Now, spread some pizza sauce, add cheese and bake your pizza perfectly before enjoying it piping hot.

The chef suggests making extra dough so you can store the leftovers in the fridge and make some more pizza the next day.
