Let’s say – Comedian Bharti Singh never fails to tickle our funny bones. Be it onscreen or through her social media handles, the 37-year-old television personality loves to entertain her fans with her wit and humour. We have recently come across one such example which made us fall apart. Bharti Singh recently shared a story of her ‘Nashta’ on Instagram and we must say it was quite healthy. It was a quintessential Punjabi thali consisting of paratha, butter, curd, pickle and a poached egg. “This is my intoxication. Pee hi par gaye saare mere. Lo kha lo (Everyone is after my life. Here’s my food. Come, eat),” she said, featuring her plate. Here is a glimpse of his Punjabi ‘Nashta’ thali.

This post comes after the news of Bharti Singh’s amazing weight loss hit the internet. She has lost 16kg in a span of 10 months (which is not even a year) – from 91kg to 76kg. Her pictures after losing weight are going viral on social media, which everyone is surprised to see.

Recently, in an exclusive interview with NDTV Food, she opened up about her diet and what inspired her to shed those extra kilos. “It was never my intention to lose weight or be skinny. I started this diet just to get fit,” she revealed.

She further said that she fasted intermittently and did not eat anything between 7 pm and 12 pm. However, during the journey, he had his normal meal (paratha, curry rice, eggs etc) only within the stipulated time of 8 hours.

During a candid chat with NDTV Food, she also revealed how her husband Harsh Limbachiyaa inspired her to get fitter and more.
