Lalu Prasad’s elder son alleged that an employee of his newly started agarbatti company had cheated money and is missing.

After political setbacks within his party, Lalu Prasad’s elder son Tej Pratap Yadav on Tuesday became the victim of a fraud after an employee of his newly launched agarbatti company took Rs 71,650.
Tej Pratap Yadav lodged a written complaint with Shri Krishna Puri police station on Tuesday evening.
He alleged that Ashish Ranjan, marketing head of his LR (Lalu-Rabri) Radha Krishna Agarbatti Company, stole Rs 71,650. The said amount was to be deposited in the company’s account but Ranjan fraudulently deposited it in his personal account.
“Ashish Ranjan is missing from his house after taking the money. He has fraudulently taken Rs 71,650 which was expected to come into the account of the company,” Tej Pratap Yadav said.
Tej Pratap Yadav had started incense sticks manufacturing unit in Danapur area of Patna in the first week of July this year.
“We have received a complaint from Tej Pratap Yadav. At present the investigation is going on. SHO of SK Puri police station said that the accused will be arrested soon.
